  • Espresso maker or Moka pot
  • Milk frother

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or 1-2 fl. oz of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup frothed nonfat or low-fat milk

Instructions
 

  • Brew one shot of espresso

  • Froth one cup of nonfat or low-fat milk, fill into a tall glass (Add ice cubes if you like iced latte)

  • Pour the espresso shot over the frothed milk

  • Add sweetener if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize your skinny latte to create a drink tailored to your taste preferences. For example, add vanilla syrup or use unsweetened vanilla almond milk to make a skinny vanilla latte.
