  • Coffee Grinder (Or you can use ground coffee)
  • Electric mixer or whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 18 grams ground coffee Espresso grind size
  • 1 tbsp Whipped cream Make it from scratch or use canned whipped cream

Instructions
 

Prepare The Whipped Cream

  • You can either use canned whipped cream.
    If you want to make it from scratch, mix 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 tbsp of sugar and any flavorings you like. Whisk the mixture until you get the stiff peaks.

Pull A Shot Of Espresso

  • Use your espresso machine to pull a single or double shot of espresso.

Add Whipped Cream To Espresso

  • Add a spoon of whipped cream on top of the espresso, or press as much as you like with a dispenser.

Notes

If you're making the whipped cream, it's better to make a larger batch than you require, as it's challenging to make for only one serving. The measurements in this recipe are enough for between two and four servings.
